Great service, a High availability IP-based virtual hosting! The good things is that you use cPanel and have load-balancing for HTTP, DB, FTP, etc. It is very affordable.
Cons:
It is not VPS and all configurations are standard. But this is a big advantage as well.
Other Thoughts:
I saw a bunch of fake reviews here from someone who obviously never tried Cloud.bg. It is not a VPS at all, but a very good Shared and Reseller Cloud Hosting service! The support responds within 10 - 15 minutes btw.

Easy and affordable. The support responds very fast. It is good to have a cPanel management on the Cloud. I have all the management tools I need.

Other Thoughts:
It costs less than $25/month which is 2-3 times less than the prices of any Cloud VPS and I have found. Cloud.bg is Shared Cloud which also saves me money on software licenses and system management.

Great service. I run an Austin based dot-com business and I was surprised that I'd find High Availability cPanel service in Europe, because there are many quality web hosts in Texas.
Cons:
It is not a cloud of virtual machines, but having everything I need on a Shared Cloud is even better and saves money.
Other Thoughts:
I'm customer since March, but I was great to meet Cloud.bg folks in HostingCon and they are great. I highly recommend their cPanel enabled Cloud hosting service.

The support responds very fast and the service is very stable, true cPanel cloud. The price is the best anyone could find on the market. Cloud.bg is good!

They have just had their first downtime. The good thing is that they are resolving the issues in a professional manner and post updates.

This is a quite unique service that worths the money and I strongly recommend it to cPanel webmeisters who need more resources, but don't have a large budget.

Excellent service! I was reluctant to sign up because I though an Europe based cloud would work slow for Canada. However it is fine. Great to use load-balanced IPs in cPanel.
Cons:
They still didn't activate PostgreSQL, but the support told me they'll have it soon!
Other Thoughts:
I used to use Rackspace CloudSites and moved to Cloud.bg because it is a little bit inexpensive. Support is very good for now and I enjoy cPanel.

Great service. I thought that no one does IP load-balancing for cPanel before finding Cloud.bg. The support answers within lest than 20 minutes. They also do 24/7 phone support.
Cons:
I don't have nothing to say here. It is prefect Shared Cloud hosting that saves me a lot of money.

I think that they should add more applications such as Ruby on Rails.

I host 20 website on the account. It handles 50,000 daily unique visitors. I was on VPS before and it didn't work good. I like using cPanel on the cloud.

No negative experience for the last 3 months.

It is very good cloud hosting for anyone who does not want to deal with system administration. You just use cPanel's Domain Owner panel.

It is a Shared cloud and they do not do VPS, but it is perfect for e-commerce website.

Well, cloud clusters + cPanel says enough. I can't remember a single minute of downtime so far. The support is always friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to migrate my accounts for free when I signed up, through cPanel's transfer feature.
Cons:
I'm pretty new to cloud hosting and, apart of the zero downtime, can't quite make the comparison between it and my previous VPS solutions yet.

The company is new, but inovative and very motivated.

I have a Reseller Cloud. It worth every penny. It is a real cloud, but it comes with WHM and cPanel and it is inexpensive! The support responds fast!

The platform is very stable and the features are rich. I find it perfect for both commodity shared hosting and dedicated projects.
Support is very efficient and friendly and will help you administer accounts and solve any technical glitches.
Cons:
The offer Linux based platform which is very good for Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal and many other leading web solutions, still some customers may require Windows and they do not provide this for now.

You certainly must consider them when looking for a good/reliable VPS service.

They have high availability cPanel and it is hosted standalone. Also their customer support is very fast and competent. Other good their characteristic is that they personally call the customer after the order and if their servers will be down etc.
Cons:
Cloud.bg is a L.A.M.P cloud hosting and does not support PostgreSQL, at least for now. It is also not a VPS based clod. The users get Shared Cloud Hosting Account. Not a VPS!

Amazing service! It is a real cPanel/WHM Cloud. As a customer I
use the cPanel control panel and do not deal with the cloud
management. It is easy to use Cloud.bg. I didn't have to change the way I manage my websites.
Cons:
At this time they do not allow customer to scale the disk space
quota or to increase/decrease the bandwidth limit.You have to open support ticket.However the good thing is that they do not restrict the service usage if you reach the service quotas.
Other Thoughts:
I have reviewed other Cloud offerings. Most of them
are just a virtual servers powered from clusters. So when you get one
you manage a VPS, but can scale it. However you still have to pay
software licenses and to spend on system administration. I'm a
freelance web designer who works for customers in Germany, Bulgaria
and other EU countries. I do not have time and skills to deal with
system administration. On Cloud.bg I save money on software licenses
and get as many resources as I can
