Pros:

My experience with Jungle Disk was my terrible. That's the best I could say.

Cons:

My experience with Jungle Disk was my worse experience with any internet site to date. Their support was atrocious. They never really answered your questions succinctly. There cancellation process was terrible.

Other Thoughts:

I was so disappointed. My experience was horrible with them. I experienced trouble right from the start. The site opened up two accounts for me at different prices and wouldn't let me upload any files. I within two days realized something was not right with my account(s) and tried to cancel my account. 22 days later they are contacting me because they couldn't get authorization from Amazon for their next payment. When contacted and telling them I cancelled my accounts, they said I didn't delete my files. I never could get it to upload anything, so how could I have files to delete? There were no files to delete. I requested to speak to someone to rectify my problems. They only have e-mail support which was no help at all. They could never answer my questions succinctly.
